Greetings: I'm using Outlook 2002 and would like to create a survey form
that I can email to selected parties. When I create the survey questions,
including form elements (fill-ins, drop downs, etc), as part of an Outlook
email everything looks fine after I protect the form. However, when I send
the form, the recipient sees only the text questions and the form elements
are gone!!
What am I doing wrong??
Thanks
John

Did you bind each control to an Outlook property? Check the Value tab of the
Properties dialog of each control. Don't forget that message forms by
default have separate compose and read layouts.

Thanks, Sue. How do you 'bind' things?

Read my previous message: Check the Value tab of the Properties dialog of
each control. Look at the top.
Also note: The newsgroup interface you are using apparently does not quote
earlier messages in the thread, making your latest message so short on
detail that you risk not getting the answer you're looking for. Please take
the time to quote the original message.
