I have some questions on publishing forms to a public folder in Outlook. - Is this the best way to "distribute" a custom email form to a wide community ? - Is the ability to publish a form to a public folder going away in future versions ? > - Is this the best way to "distribute" a custom email form to a wide > community ? No, a message form must be published to the Organizational Forms or Personal Forms library. Think about it: A message with a custom form arrives in your Inbox -- how would Outlook know to look for the published form definition in a particular public folder. > - Is the ability to publish a form to a public folder going away in future > versions ? We have a form that will be used by senders only. It will insert newlines so that no line goes beyond 80 characters. We need to have it available for users who need this particular functionality. They can then use the Actions menu on that folder to launch the form.
