Am trying to set up an autoreply with a POP3 e-mail account.  After creating
the autoreply message, I don't have the option to "Save As" an Outlook
Template.  (I do have the option to save as a Document Template.)  Am using
Outlook 2002.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!  (FYI - have
followed the steps from Microsoft titled "Automatically reply to incoming
messages with a POP3 or IMAP e-mail account").

thank you for your assistance!
