Here's how I do get my emails and contacts out of Outlook Express and
into ?Outlook.  I open up Outlook, then I go to File, then to Import.
This starts
up a wizard.  I select, import from an external program, then Outlook
Express.  Then it ask me how I connect to the internet.  Then, it
begins importing all
of my outlook express messages and contacts.   When finished, I find
all of
my express stuff in outlook.
