Using Outlook 2000 I need to automatically insert a disclaimer section at the
end of all outgoing emails that the users can't change.  Possibly could
upgrade Outlook if that simplifies things.  Any help appreciated.  Thanks

See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/content_control.htm for various methods
and tools for controlling disclaimers and other signatures from the Exchange
server. Anything you do in Outlook, the user can change.
