I need to modify the form for when you reply or sending new mail to
automatically BCC a specific email address via outlook web access not thru
regular outlook. How do I do this? I know how to use frontpage but that's
about it.

Docs start at http://msdn.microsoft.com/exchange/ with discussions in the
microsoft.public.exchange.applications and
microsoft.public.exchange.development newsgroups or the forum at
http://forum.cdolive.com/ShowForum.aspx?ForumID=6 . The learning curve is
rather steep.

Why not use the Message Journaling feature on the Exchange Server instead?
