I am trying to create some templates for Outlook and will be using Mail
Merge.  In the Subject Line, I need to 2 fields from my worksheet.  I cannot
figure out how to do this.

Office doesn't support that. Some third-party mass mail tools do. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail.htm#massmail
