Want to know if there's an easier way to choose a custom Outlook mail message
template, than going to <new><forms><choose Form><user templates in file
system>, then selecting my template.
Having various custom forms as icons in the toolbar would be great!

Not in Outlook 2003 SP2.

Is there a particular reason why you're not using published forms? There are many more ways to launch them. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/launchform.htm
