Outlook 2000

Subject line is set to populate automatically from certain fields. This is
the code:

"REF # " & ":" & [Ref No] &  " - " & "RefNoDate" & ":" & [RefNoDate] & " - "
& "Vendor Name/#" & ":" & [Vendor Name and No] &":" & " - " & "Sequence #" &
":" &[SequenceNo]

This is working fine except for the SequenceNo. This is a combo box. Is it
possible to set this up? I tried changing SequenceNo to ComboBox1 but it did
not work.

thanks!

What in particular doesn't work? Don't forget to put a space between the & and the field name.

All the fields listed in the code below populate in the Subject line except
the Sequence number which is a combo box. I asked the user if she wanted to
just forego the sequence number or lose the dropdown (only has 10 entries). I
put the missing spaces and the seq# still wasn't there.

I really need to buy your book! thanks!

Double-check the name of the field that's bound to the combo box (or select it using the field picker to avoid typos).  Does the All Fields tab correctly show the value for SequenceNo that you expect?
