I am trying to create a questionnaire form using outlook. I would like to save all responses in an access db. What is the best way of doing this. Lai Who is the audience for this questionnaire? It's quite possible that a custom Outlook form is not the right solution. And to make the form work at all, you'd need to be able to publish it to the Organizational Forms library on Exchange.
