That is part of the "private" code of the Outlook application. We have never
been able to change that. Or the lists of email addresses or the list of
telephone numbers. In general, it is a no-no to change anything on the General
tab of a contact form. Doing so is likely to break the automatic formatting of
telephone number fields and/or the automatic formatting of email addresses.
