How can I change the default Contact address from "Business" to "Home"? Using OL2003 on a desktop (no Exchange Server). That is part of the "private" code of the Outlook application. We have never been able to change that. Or the lists of email addresses or the list of telephone numbers. In general, it is a no-no to change anything on the General tab of a contact form.
