Custom form not displaying

Hi:

What would cause the custimized portion of a custom outlook form not
to display the custom portion? I did not use VBA to customize any of
it, simply the tools that MSFT provided to customize forms.

Not publishing the form would cause that. Or checking the "send form definition with item" box on the Properties page before publishing.
