Hi,
Will forms that are created to add to a contact form work on both '03 &
'07? I know there is not alot of information in the question. I am not
building the forms and I can answer some of the questions.

Two froms are contact extensions, one tab will be Spouse/Other and have all
the contact info, the ohter will be a family tab and have names of children
along with birthdays. The other two forms, one is a series of task and task
request, the other a series of dates and meeting request. Nothing too
outrageous.

Yes, in general a form created in one version works in any other.
