Using Outlook 2003, I am trying to Import data to custom contact form that I
have created.  Is it possible to do this?  Everytime I go to IMPORT the data
to the folder, the general (default) contact form is displayed with the info,
not with the form for the folder....

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Outlook does not support importing to a custom form, nor importing custom fields. You would need to write your own import code or use a third-party tool. See http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=23
