Hi,

I need to keep a journal within the body of tasks.  It loks liike this.....

2007_09_19_09_13
Stuart Grant; Phoned; New Installation
Will contact Ronnie and call me back late afternoon

2007_09_19_16_33
Ronnie Hall; Phoned; New Installation
Instal date agreed as 2007_09_27

etc.

I am looking for a way to quickly (shortcut keys?) insert the date and time
in the format 2007_09_19_16_33 rather than type it up longhand.

Any help and advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

John
