In Outlook 2007 Im trying to execute a task template from the run command and
I get an error.    If I go into outlook like the error says, it just lets me
manually click that template.  What I need to do is change my permissions
somewhere to allow that task to run.

Here's the command Im running.  Run C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates\Agendas.oft

Any advice is appreciated

Try choosing the template using the Tools | Forms | Choose Form command and the User Templates in File System option.
