Since April 2007 I am seraching a solution and I wonder how difficult is to
get an very useful macro listing or addin for the every day duty in small
offices.
The routine (exactly as outlook have foreseen for E-mails) is:
- prepare a comunication for someone using MSWord (fax or letter);
- find out his fax number and/or address and insert it in the fax or letter
(address  block of outlook works well for address but no way to get the fax
numbert too;
- save in a draft folder;
- print and show it to the boss for his ok;
- open the file, make changes, save it as document not to be modified;
- PRINT and send it by a fax machine or post office.
I have a macro (working with a MS Access data base) in  working in this way
but I am not able to find somewere the listing for doing the same using
outlook address
book.
Some one has already done something like this?
Thank you

All that is certainly possible!  However, given the specifics of your
business process I doubt you'll find a complete solution.  Is there a
specific task in this process that you need assistance coding with?

Thank you for your kind attention to my request.
I am afraid i need too much help.
May-be if I get the basics for getting a name or a fax number in an word
template or an outllook form (but I never used the last one) I may try to
learn how to develop the further steps.
Best regards
