I have a saved for and would like to import it into Outlook on my new computer.  Can someone please tell me how to do this.  I'm not really sure where the folders for these forms are located.  Thanks in advance for your help.

What kind of saved file do you have? In what version of Outlook?

My form is an .oft form in Outlook 2003.  Sorry, I forgot to include this information

Copy the .oft file to the new computer. In Outlook's main menu, choose Tools | Forms | Choose Form. That will create a new item using the .oft file. You can then use the Publish Form command to publish it to the desired forms library.

Forgot to mention that in the Choose Form dialog, you need to select User Templates in File System and browse to the location where you copied the .oft file.
