when some sends me a outlook form i only recieve a blank form can you tell
me why this is happening is the way it has been sent or it's it a setting on
my pc when recieving the fromn

For a message form to work properly, it must be published to the
Organizational Forms library on an Exchange server or to each user's
Personal Forms library with the "send form definition with item" box
unchecked.
