unable to paste screenshot into custom form

Im creating a custom form where I'd like users to attach screenshots of error
messages to send to IT. I have bound a text box to the (P.2) tab but when I
copy my error. right-clicking in the text box results in the Paste option
being greyed out, hence I cannot paste the screenshot.

Images can only be pasted into the item body, not into a text box.
