I have some organisational forms I wish to delete - does anyone know how to
do this?  I can get to a delete button but it is grayed out...

The mail-only versions of Outlook 2000, I believe, would not let you manage
forms.  You had to convert to C/W, delete the forms, then convert back to
Mail Only.

If that is not your case, please specify the version of Outlook you are
using.

If you can see the delete button but it is grayed out you most likely don't
have permissions to delete any forms from your company's organisational
forms library. You might want to ask your system administrator to changing
the permissions to allow you the deletion of forms.
