Deleting custom forms

I haven't found a way to delete custom forms. Is there a
magic bullet?

Open the properties panel of any relevant Outlook folder, click the
forms tab, then the Manage Forms button to get the forms manager.  
Select the folder holding the form definition in the left hand column,
and delete it from there.
