looking for a book (Sue?)

We are now working with Outlook 2003.  Is Sue's book still valid for this?
What would be best?  We need to program some pretty specific contact forms
and be able to develop a form for PocketPC's (2003) that will synchronize
data.

But my book doesn't cover Pocket Outlook at all.

The book "Programming Microsoft Outlook 2003 and Microsoft Exchange 2003"
- is a great book.
