Is there any way of creating custom views for the Tasks, and then save the
settings, email the settings/file to other computers and have them
incorporated on the other machines?  I am looking to establish a standard
"form" for multiple police dispatch stations which gives Time Out, Reminder
time notification Starting Milage, Ending Milage, Subject line.

We currently use a log book and several cooking timers as a riminer when the
time is up.  I would like to use the email option to send the files to ensure
that all computers nationwide have the same "view and fields".

I should add  that it is not so much the form that is importnat but how the
fields are viewed in a global environment when looking at the entire folder
and not a single form.

I hope that this makes sense.
