Problem invoking the Outlook Application

Hello all,

We have applications that use the outlook object to send mail. With earlier
versions of Outlook they used to run fine.

But with Outlook XP a dialogue pops us asking us to confirm, allowing the
app to send mail.

How do I prevent this dialogue from coming up?
