Is it possible to "box" an appointment or event in Outlook's calendar?

What do you mean by "box an appointment"?

Adding an appointment:

Dim oAppt as Outlook.AppointmentItem
Set oAppt=Application.CreateItem(olAppointmentItem)
With oAppt
' ... fill properties
.Save
End with
