Adding buttons in outlook

Hello!

I need to put some buttons to outlook, which will show on the left lower
side f the screen, near Mail, Calendar, Contacts....

On the click on this new button I would like to show internet page on the
right side og the sceen.

Can this problem be solved?

You cannot add your own buttons to the navigation pane in Outlook 2003.
