We currently are running Outlook 2000 connecting to a exchange 2003
server.

I need to change everyones inbox view. Basically I need to add a few
colums namely SIZE so that people can see how big emails are.

Does anyone have any recomendations on how I can do this ? Maybe a
startup macro, toolbar toggle button or similar.

We are also shortly (well next year) moving to Outlook 2003.

Outlook 2000 provides no way to do this. In Outlook 2003, you'll be able to add a column by manipulating the View.XML property.

Thanks Sue. Looking like I'll have to create a training movie to get
everyone to do it.

Arghhhh

PS: the View.XML that you refer to. Is that part of the vba model in
outlook 2003 then ?
