How can I add a disclaimer to an Outlook e-mail, where it is protected from anyone editing the disclaimer. Is there a way I can create a new option? or create VB 6 code that would add the disclaimer to all out going e-mails. Thank you . Take a look at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autobcc.htm. It shows how to intercept an outgoing message. If instead of adding a Bcc address you take the Item.Body and append your disclaimer you'd get what you want.
