Hello All.

I am new to this NG, and am hoping someone can help.
I am fairly proficient with VBA - I am an Access developer.  As long as I
have a
rough model to work with, I think i'll be able to go from there.

I exchange emails with many people but not all of them are added to
Contacts.
I also save most of my emails - in different folders.

I am changing my email address and would like to get a list of all my
correspondence
I figured I could write some VBA code to cycle through the folders and mail
items
and extract From, To and Subject ans write this info into a text file.
I could then pull that into Excel or Access and extract a list of unique
email addresses.

I'm hoping someone has already done this in the past and has some code ready
to use, saving me a good number
of hours trying to figure this out.

Any good samaritans willing to help?  I am aware that this code could be
used maliciously,
and I assure you that I have no such intentions.

If you have reservations about placing such code samples in the Newsgroups,
please feel free to send me an email.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Regards
Habib

Will you then, perhaps, sell on these Contacts to a spam mailing list?

LOL!  No.

Although it would have been a fun project - and an opportunity to learn
something new, I decided to do it the old-fashioned way.  The
learning/exploration of Outlook's object model will have to wait for another
opportunity, i guess.

I may have missed a few entries - but that's OK.

You should be able to get the gist from the code behind the Outlook form at http://www.slipstick.com/dev/olforms/bullkreply.htm
