I am working with Outlook 2002 and am trying to view the
code in design mode after placing a control on the form.
I get the error "Unable to load this feature. An attempt
was made to reference a token that does not exist."
I have no idea why I am getting this error, any help would
be greatly appreciated.

Try rerunning Outlook setup and adding the VBSCript component.
