i use Office 2002 sp3.

i usually send many emails in Excel by outlook.

but i've to click Yes on each record (email) because of outlook security.

how can i avoid without purchasing third party plug in?

how about upgrade to office 2007?  Thanks.

Outlook 2007 will not display security prompts for external automation if the machine is running an up-to-date anti-virus applications, as recognized by Windows' Trust Center.

For other options, see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sec.htm
