Where may I find a listing (also partial) or addin I may use to develop
a template working as follows:
The routine (exactly as outlook have foreseen for E-mails) is:
- prepare a comunication for someone using MSWord (fax or letter);
- find out his fax number or address in outlook contacts and insert it in
the fax or letter;
- save the fax or letter as draft in the draft folder with the name od the
person to whom is addressed to + progressive number or data;
- print and show the fax or letter to the boss for his ok;
- open the file in the draf folder, make changes, save it in a folder
"Letters&Faxes" with a progressive protocol number as document not to be
modified anymore;
- print and send it.
I have a macro (searching for addresse in a MS Accessdata base) working in
this way and I am not able to find somewere listings or templates or how to
do for doing the same using outlook address book.

Some one may help me with something like this?
Thank you!

Just about everything you want to do would use the Word object model.  The
only Outlook interaction would be displaying the Address Book.  However, that
cannot be done directly with the Outlook Object Model - you'd need to use the
AddressBook method with CDO 1.2.1 or Redemption (http://www.dimastr.com).
