Customize Folder View by Adding Size Programatically

I want to know of a way to programatically add Fields to
Folders using VBA. The only way I see to do it now is
manually

In Outlook 2002 or later, you can modify View.XML to do just about anything except automatic formatting.

Thanks figured that OL2000 was the limitation
