1. In Outlok 2003, an email mesage (either a blank "Untitled Message" or a reply message) is already opened. 2. For the above-mentioned email message: I would like to perform: a. Convert the format to HTML; b. Attach to a template ("MyTemplate.dot") Please help. Thanks. Hi armsys As you can see - from a number of postings, the simple things can't be done in Outlook. You can create forms and do som e really massive procedures, but no one knows how to do a simple format change! My suggestion - use another e-mail program! Refresh your view. What kind of format change are you referring to? The mail format (HTML, Rich Text, Plain Text), or the formatting of specific text within the message body?
