Outlook 2002 stopped receiving incoming mail. Worked for a long time with ISO
(Comcast) but, since web-mail was fine, they couldn't isolate a problem.  All
troubleshooting has been done with them. I installed and ran Outlook Express,
and the mail comes in just fine! - so it's something in Outlook 2002. Keeps
presuming I have checked SAP, but have not. Any suggestions as to how to get
it working again? I'd rather not have to switch to Express...!

Have you tried removing & readding the account in OL2002?

Yes.  Same issue.  Express [with the same settings] works just fine. Outlook
2002 does not.  Have re-installed/repaired/restarted, etc.  - done everything
I can think of to 2002, but it doesn't work.

If the OE account works, then try importing it into Outlook with File>Import
and Export>Import Internet Mail Account Settings.
