Bottom Line: In an outlook archive file, how do I search on the "internet header" text? Detail: Sometimes the "To" field is to a distribution list, and the actual recipient is hidden. But, the recipient may be found in the internet header. How, then, would I search for text within that Internet Header. The advanced find fields don't seem to have internet header listed. create a rule, use run rules now on that folder and flag or otherwise mark the items - then use find or views to display them. Yes, use the one to check for specific words and ye,s it works on the full internet header, not the dinky thing outlook shows in the window and uses on replies.
