Have you downloaded the whole SP2 all 104mb file or whatever it is? I might
be looking for the office CD when its loading the update.

Hello

I have a bit of a problem. I am not able to install the SP2 for Off 2003. It
starts fine and goes through the motions until it gets to Gathering
Information. It stops when the install screen say's Configuring Front Page.
It then stops and I get the dialogue box saying per verbatim "Installation
failed". This also applies to Project, One Note,Visio.
I tried by downloading the files from the Download Centre same thing
happens. Windows Update same thing Happens, Office Update same, Office site
same ,WSUS  same.

Is there something that I am overlooking or do I have an issue with my
previous install where nothing was a problem so far. I have Office 2003 Pro
with SP1 and all previous updates already installed on a Windows 2K3 Server.
