Is it possible to export the GAL to a file then import it into the contacts
of a pop3 user with the smtp address and not the x400 addresses.

Thanks Kim

I saw this site but for some reason when I right click on the addresses I
don't have the option of "Add to personal address book".  I only have add to
contacts.

Any suggestions?

The Perssonal Address Book has been obsolete for years.  You shouldn't be
trying to use it.

You will need to do 2 things to complete the instructions at the site, the
first is to create a Personal Address Book (see Brian there is still some
use for it) and the second is to make the PAB the default for Contacts, this
can all be changed back once the excise is finished, you need to post your
version of outlook if you want to know how to create a Pab and make it
default.
