Cannot install Business Contact Manager.  Does not
autoplay and exploring shows nothing.

Where did you get your copy of BCM -- MSDN, retail, Select, OEM, trial CD?

I have the same problem after attempting to install three
times, still no progress.  My products are all final
release boxed copies.

Are you using the separate BCM CD? There should be a Setup.exe file on it.
