e-mail error #ox80040116

I use microsoft out look for my e-mail at work all of the sudden when I try
to delete a mail or look at anything in outlook I get an error message that
says "cyclic redundancy check" error # ox80040116 can anyone help me with
this problem?

Run CHKDSK on your hard drive. CRCs are a sign that the hard drive may be
failing.
