.PST Error wen importing

Im trying to import an PST file i was organizing him wen gived an error and now wen i want to import him gives the folowing error "must be defined propreties for this service of information before use it" i press ok an the apears a nother error, "Was detected errors in the file c:\.......\outlook.pst. Exit all aplications activated by the Mail and, use the reparing tool of the Inbox paste."

I have made this but the tool wen finish the step 4 of 8 gives an error an exit

The .pst file size is 2gb

Need help please

Hi,

You will need to use the Microsoft Crop tool to reduce the
size of the PSt file.  Unfortunately Outlook 2002s pst
only has a limit of 2gb, so you will need to reduce and
then run the Inbox repair tool.
