Installing new Bluetooth Keyboard and mouse but can not get the computer to identify the receiver. I have downloaded what I think are all the drivers and updates but still no luck. Anyone else out there have an idea what I can do to make this work. XP Home P4 120hdd Craig You'll need to install the patch mentioned in KB article 323183 as well. If it is not on the CD in your language contact Microsoft. Other than that; you are in the wrong newsgroup for this. You might want to try one of the hardware newsgroup.
