I used to use Outlook Express, but now use Outlook, i have imported my
e-Mails and settings(that worked in Express), but now they don't work in
Outlook, the error message that I get when I try to send and receive are as
follows:

Task 'Jack's email (1) - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server.
If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'

Please help me

he first thing to do is double-check the server names and ports.  The second
thing to do is make sure your firewall allows Outlook to connect to the
Internet using those ports.  The third thing to do is disable the Outlook
integration of any anti-virus or -spam program you have.
