When setting a time on a date in Calendar a time like 12.30pm shows as 2.30pm.

The first digit in any double digit time is missing.

How can I fix this?

Office 2003 /Small Business Edition with BCM.

The first thing to do is make sure your time zone is correct, both in
Windows and in Outlook.  The next thing to do is make sure your date/time
display settings are correct in Windows.
