I received this error message after doing a reinstall of Office 2003 and then
launching Outlook 2003- File "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\Addins\fldpub.ecf" It only appeared one the first I launched
Outlook 2003 after reinstalling Office 2003. I did the reinstall as Outlook
is stripping out all the text out of all my incoming messages.

Hmm...  fldpub.ecf appears to be a component of Net Folders, which do not
work any longer.  Look in Tools>Options>Advanced Options>COM Add-Ins and
Add-In Manager.

Thanks for the quick response Brian. I did as you said but this doesn't show
up. Could it be called something else? I did shut down Outlook and re-started
and did not get the error message again. Really scratching head on this and
how Outlook is stripping out all the text for any incoming email. Two
seperate issues or are they linked?

Thanks again for the help.

Perhaps.

Be grateful for small favors, I guess.

I think they're unrelated.  Message text disappearing, though, is often
linked to mail scanning software, like anti-virus or -spam.
