What's going on? My 'To' addresses are gone

Upgraded to MS Office Outlook 2003 and now, when preparing a new e-mail going
out, clicking on the "To:" produces a window that's blank, with none of my
Contact information. Yet all my friends' contact information, including the
e-mail addresses that used to come up when I clicked "To:". are still there
in the Contacts section...

You haven't properly configured the Outlook Address Book service.  See the
