import old outlook 2003 info into a new outlook 2003 instal

lightning damaged my motherboard. could not repair XP Pro so i renamed the
Windows, Documents and settings and Program Files folders and did a fresh
instal. All the Outlook contacts, setups and other info are there in the
original renamed folders. How do i get them into the new instal.
