Archive should be able to automatically archive by month

I think it would be helpfull if archive would create a folder each month and
either lump all my subfolders under the archive main month folder or combine
all my e-mails under that month. Example Archive "Jan 2005" holds all my
e-mails I recieved or sent in January 2005. Outlook should be able to create
those search all my e-mails and move them to the correct archive folder for
the month.

Since archive works on modified date, this would not function as you expect
