How do I change my account settings so that i can receive emails?

I have just set up an email account on my outlook 2003 version, and so far I
can send emails which is fine, but I can not receive any, i have been sent a
few emails by some friends and the appear to be lost. My ISP is Tiscali,
could you render any advice??

What happened when you used the Test Mail function?
If you have a functioning OE you can import settings.
Or visit Tiscali support, where it refers to OE read this as OL
